New Medicare Cards Coming April 2018

In an effort to prevent fraud, fight identity theft, and keep taxpayer dollars safe, CMS (The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services) is removing Social Security Numbers from Medicare cards starting in April of 2018 and should have all new cards out to all Medicare recipients by April of 2019.

This is something that should have happened long ago, but the wheels of government often turn very slowly. Better late than never.

      Hi Willis. Most of the educational videos listed in the “Videos” section above have a written “Transcript” below the video…just click on the link below the video that says “Click here for a full written transcript of video”. That being said, some of the “Instructional” videos I created on the fly and had no written script, so I don’t have any written transcripts for a few of the videos unfortunately.
